Dr. Brian Scott

Immediate Past President and LCIF Coordinator.

He was born in California and spent most of his formative years in Arizona. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, a master’s in civil engineering, and a master’s and doctoral degree in leadership and organizational change.

He served in the Navy for 26 years, leading large engineering and construction organizations. Following the Navy, he completed another ten years in government service, most recently leading the Project Management Office at the Bonneville Power Administration. As a Lion, he currently serves as the district 19N Global Leadership Team Coordinator and previously held the positions of Club President, Vice President, Service Chair, Membership Chair, and LCIF Coordinator. Additionally, he serves as the Board Secretary for Family Solutions, a local mental health organization serving the needs of underserved populations in Clark County, WA.

Brian is married with two adult children. His wife of 43 years and partner in service, Su, loves to quilt and indulge in anything crafty. When not serving the community, Brian enjoys camping, hiking, and fishing, pursues homebrewing, and dabbles in restoring classic cars.
